Ocala Civic Theatre (The Marion Players, Inc.) Concerts

UPDATE: Opening night for Escape to Margaritaville on 5/2/24 and the last show for the OCT’s 73rd season. The show was fantastic. Great story, well acted with excellent vocals. The only negative was that it was very warm in the theatre with no air circulation and the unpleasant aroma of “beverages” wafting through the air. Opening night for Baskerville. Did not expect it to be a comedy. Very enjoyable evening. There was open air entertainment and a food truck before the show began. OCT is improving under its current direction.

I recently attended the play "The Spitfire Grill," and I highly recommend the show and venue to anyone who gets a chance to see it. Staff were very friendly, organized, and helpful. The performers were so talented, and I could tell how much work went into every aspect of the production. I'm looking forward to returning for OCT's next show!

Set up was beautiful, the evening and music was very enjoyable. Have been twice now and will plan to go again. I’ve seen the anime theme songs and now Bach to the Beatles

What a fun experience!!!! The candlelight symphony was so cool. The musicians enjoyed it and it was beautiful 😍
