Level 13 Event Center Concerts

Went to a concert here. There were about 500 people in line, and they had to line up along a barbed wire fence so far away that the street lights didn't go that far and they were in complete darkness. They didn't allow people in until about 25 minutes after the time the concert was supposed to start. Beers weren't too bad, Yuengling 12oz cans were $7. The venue's size and temperature were fine, but the bass was way too high compared to other similar venues. The lighting was fantastic! No re-entry.

We bought tickets for Gimme Gimme Disco NYE Party at Level13. Upon entry, the security didn’t check bags or pat us down- only IDs. When we entered the room was poorly decorated(if you could call it that.) It was very hot temperature wise. There was very little info on this party. We knew what time it started but not what time it ended. We were abruptly kicked out at 12:03. It felt as thought we weren’t welcome and we were being pushed out so the next party could come in(is what we were told). We paid $30 each to be there for 3 hours. I brought a party of 13 people. Overall, not a great experience. Won’t be returning.

Nightmarishly mismanaged venue with broken air conditioning, absurdly overpriced and low-quality drinks, disgusting restrooms, unfriendly staff, and no re-entry. On top of all that, they double book events. We had to wait several hours to get in, because the people at the previous event were not leaving. Once the previous group left and the doors finally opened (after waiting in the parking lot for 2 hours), we found that the restrooms were filthy, soap was completely gone, and nothing had been cleaned. At the bar, there are no free water cups like most clubs have. Warm bottles of water cost six dollars each. Alcoholic beverages were expensive and very weak. The “bar” is a single tiny depressing area with long lines and no imagination for drink mixes or décor. Also, the service was terrible. The air conditioning was not working, and the venue space was extremely hot, to the point where it was actually dangerous. There’s no re-entry allowed, so you can’t even step outside for fresh air. Staff was rude and treated us poorly, acting in contempt of the paying guests. I don’t know how this event space has survived. It’s a crude, dystopian mess that has no respect for the customers. Avoid this place at all costs.

Bathrooms are clean and stocked, ladies! Wish everything wasn't cashless, but the sound is good and the stage is high. Security is thorough, but not aggressive. Drinks are fairly inexpensive. Lots of parking, but loitering after the show is prohibited, for some dumb reason.

The owner is scamming promoters. Book my 2024 event back in November 2023 right after my event in September. I have 2 contract but all of a sudden the owner doesn’t have me in the system. Apparently, I’ve never rented the venue before and I’ve showed the owner previous fly flyers and also video of my events that I’ve thrown inside there. Basically took my money and 5 other ppl now he’s playing stupid when I have receipts
