Unique venue. Parking's a little challenging but we were late to arrive so that's on me. The teens with me loved that it was very much under construction and being revitalized on the outside and in the lobby, but still being used. It did not make things difficult. I would love to go back again!

Nice venue, small but preferred over a huge concert hall. Security was very present. The group, Leonida & Friends, was very good. Played all the songs I grew up listening to.

Love the building!! As soon as all the construction work is done its going to be great!! Good parking out back. Not a bad seat in the place.

My dad used to go see movies here, now I see concerts! It's a local legend of a location. They just recently renovated the spire. I've gone for its parking lot parties like Krampusfest, seen intimate shows, & seen massive fun shows here. The balcony is very comfortable & you can see from anywhere on the ground. They have seats or sometimes clear the floor. They have a full service bar & small entry area. It's always a blast with great employees.

Saw Alvvays here with a startup band as well. This review is not about the bands, just the venue. They do have seating for the band performance however it is all upstairs on a balcony. Main floor is all standing room only. My guess is it can hold 600+ in the first standing section and maybe another 300 in the back half of the floor. There is only one long rail separating the two sections where you can lean against or put you drink on. The back half is elevated from the front half by May a foot or so. The crowd that night was very friendly and nothing to be worried about though my guess that is the crowd the band attracts not necessarily the venue. There are metal detectors at the front with people labeled "Safety" manning them. Seems a little woke but hey, it's a private venue so they can call them whatever. I did see one Orlando police officer so they had at least one person there for security. One person fainted during the first band's performance and it took quite a a while for "safety" to figure out something was wrong and get to them. The band actually stopped playing to get their attention. There are signs posted all over that say: No Smoking, No Vaping and no Marijuana but people did it anyway with staff seeming not to care. Luckily none right next to me but you could see the vaping all around. Acoustics seemed OK for the type of venue, again that can be up to how the band does their own mixing. Overall an OK place to go but not for a long performance without getting a seat.
