When you spend over $735.00 dollars for a concert, dinner and drinks for four people. You expect that when you order off the menu that they would not return and inform you that they don't have the spinach artichoke dip that we ordered. And they also didn't have Coronas or the Modelos that we ordered. Our waitress made sure to inform us before taking our order that they automatically charge 20% gratuity. 😕 I totally tend to be an over tipper and I am not complaining about the 20% gratuity what I'm complaining about is if you present a very limited menu at least have it available for your guests. The Blood Sweat and Tears concert was fabulous they were amazing. We will be back because I have ordered tickets for two more concerts and I do believe in giving The Rose another chance to get it right.

Enjoy going to a party at the Rose. I had a good experience from the entry area, through security, to the main stage. Sound was fine and a large area was left open for dancing. Large bar a long one end. Had a combination this evening a both DJ and live band. Music from all angles was consistent. Lighting was at times in the audiences eyes. Love the bands that are on their upcoming schedule and would feel comfortable coming back again. On this night they had valet parking, which was very convenient, as it was raining.

Came as one of the opening acts for Queen Nation this past weekend, 4/14. The venue is beautiful, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lights, sound, hospitality hostess, bar tenders, doorman, management, everyone! Food and drinks are pricey, but on point. This isn't a five star restaurant, but it's a lot better than most bar/club food, so no complaints. From reading reviews I was prepared for this place to be loud. Sound levels are well within a normal level for a club of this size and I didn't have to use my ear plugs until the last part of Queen Nations set, and that is only because of ear fatigue. Yes, it's warm in the club, especially as the night goes on. People, lights, equipment, it makes it warm. By no means was it hot or even too warm. The Roxy or the Troubadour, back in the day, those clubs were soak you to your chonies hot! For bands, load in is sweet and simple, sound check was a breeze. The house drums are nice. Park at the lot across Marengo Ave and walk across the ped. bridge. Nice club, will definitely be back.

Great place to see a show! Yelp reviews are accurate. It does get hot in there, food is okay, and drinks are expensive. It's best pay with card not cash because it takes forever to get your change back. Wait staff is spread thin but, they are very apologetic and do their best. I learned that they split the tips at the end of the night. Ed was my waiter & did a great job and was very preseason when I gave him a little extra money.

La Rosa! The Rose.....Intimate venue for concerts...here in Pasadena. Liked that this establishment has a draw for what is different. Location within The Paseo...across from Pasadena Civic Auditorium. Hidden within contours of the mall itself...as you walk in an oversize chair greets you..decor and feel permiate a very different feel. Great place for concert to view up and close band or headliner of the evening. Check schedules....different line up weekly and every month.....who's your favorite?...Had opportunity see Berlin. Where ever you sit...or stand, you will have a view and feel..up close and personal experience. Dinner...menu....drinks...great venue overall.
