Mystic Theatre Concerts 2024-2025

It's been quite awhile since I saw a concert here, it was the band Sonia Dada and this band in itself was a good live perormance everywhere they played. The Mystic is one of those quaint theatres and great to see and hear bands dealing with good sound. Smaller theaters, like the Mystic absorbs sound unlike arenas which is hard to curtail, sound bouncing everywhere. They are meant for sports. I like older theaters like this for a few reasons. Pricing more realistic, good seating throughout, no audience distraction like pits or someone on shoulders and the sound.

Awesome place for live music. We saw Rodney Crowell, on his Chicago sessions tour tonight, managed to sit second row dead center by getting there early enough, and the show was absolutely positively awesome. Positively awesome. And I go to 20 or 30 live shows a year easily some years more.

I recently saw my first show at The Mystic: The English Beat. I didn't know what to expect from a concert venue in Petaluma, so I was quite surprised by the space. It's got a small stage, a dance/standing floor in front of the stage, with theater seating on the sides. In the middle are small bar tables. There's even a balcony, which I certainly didn't expect. (It's bigger on the inside!) Really nice intimate place for music. Plus, parking is a breeze. Easy street parking within a couple blocks. The staff was very friendly too. Great experience!

Domestic theater is my favorite go-to venue for concerts and events in the North Bay. Quality performances every time, reasonable ticket prices, great acoustics, and a very friendly staff always makes The Mystic an awesome night out!!!

Great venue in a wonderful location that is in desperate need of some attention. Lighting and sound have to be 20+ years old. Sound system needs an immediate upgrade. If you go to a seated show the lobby bar noise is very distracting if you are seated in the last 1/4 of the theatre. Staff are cool. Petaluma is great. Could be a gem venue if upgraded
