I've been to this venue a couple times over the last 15 years, both during its Electric Factory days and now as Franklin Music Hall. I've attended events as a VIP with early access, and I've utilized both General Admission and Accessibility Seating. I've never been in the upstairs, though. The venue is well staffed, and everyone is always kind and accommodating. It always appears to be very clean and the bathrooms are well maintained. There is a large bar and a small refreshments area on the main level, which both run efficiently. Both areas have caffiene free, sugar free and alcohol free options. The acoustics have always been satisfactory for every show I've been to, and there literally is never a bad view of the stage from anywhere in the building. No matter if you're at the rail or not, you always feel "up close". If you require Accessible Seating and you use a wheelchair or other assistive device, it is important to point out that the Accessible Seating area is a relatively small raised wooden platform toward the back of the main floor, beside the bar. Visibility from the platform is fine for the most part, but patrons who have brought drinks over from the bar tend to want to hang around right at the railings on the platform having conversations and setting their drinks on the wide rail. Of course it's important to note that there was a staff member standing on the ramp to the platform at all times so if there was any problem it could easily have been brought to their attention and rectified (and all the staff and security members were GREAT!). It just has the potential to be rather distracting from the show. All in all, this is a great spot to catch a show!

Overall, FMH a great spot for solid concert vibes, simple parking, and a safe show. Recently attended a concert at Franklin Music Hall to see Architects, and it was pretty awesome! The place is pretty chill. The main floor is fairly basic, rectangular standing area. Then, upstairs, there's a cool balcony setting along the stage left and back area. Looong bars situated on the stage left of both levels. Looked like the full back upstairs had some seating options but overall everything mixed the levels to give people of different heights a chance to see the show pretty well. Right outside the venue they have a parking area. The lot was full when I arrived so not sure what pricing looks like but I parked only a block away with free parking after 6 PM, so win. Bathrooms on the second floor. The staff was friendly and welcoming which isn't always the case at venues so I appreciate where it is. Until next time! 🎸🤘

Great venue with bars on the main level and up on the balcony. Weird how you can't get a beverage and be in the crowd at the same time though. The lower bar is fenced off from the pit and you have to stand there with any drinks you've purchased until they're gone. The one thing I will say is that it is one of the best sounding indoor venues I've been to. Not sure if the sound guy was having a good night or if it's always that way. Everything was well balanced and crystal clear without being deafeningly loud. I would definitely return for another show. 8/10 because of the weirdness with the lower bar, but still gets 5 stars in my book.

Not bad. I even ate the horrible pizza. Bartender was nice. But something that I really appreciated that bears repeating, I bought tickets through whatever vendor and in order to access them I had to download the app and I really didn't want to go through all the reset password hassle. The ticket lady was very kind and gave me a paper ticket

Fun venue! Saw Jungle here, seeing chromeo here next 😎 Security check in was detailed which caused a delayed entry into the venue. Bars were spacious and didn't wait long for drinks. Bathrooms were clean and spacious Small lot located in site - if you arrive early take advantage of the parking here. Average $30 fee for parking
