Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia Concerts 2024-2025

When you first enter the hotel it smells like smoke which I am extremely sensitive to. Once you get into the hotel side, the smell goes away. Early check-in was available on a first come first serve basis, guess we were one of the first to come because we were able to check in around 12:30!! We were so excited about that. The rooms were clean and modern, our view was really nice during sunrise and sunset. We purchased the hotel package that came with a $50 slot machine credit. Note that the $50 was per room, not per person. Either way it got us on the casino floor and we were able to kill about 3 hours with that $50 so that was fun. There was a DJ at the main bar both nights of our stay. There are designated smoking areas at the casino. I’m still not clear on the layout because the sections seemed to be intertwined with each other but I survived and as mentioned above I am extremely sensitive to smoke and often end up being sick after exposure. Overall we enjoyed our staff. All the staff we interacted with was friendly, we would def stay again if visiting one of the nearby venues!

I only experienced the conference section and it was well maintained and the staff was wonderful. The meal was delicious and facility has free parking which is amazing!!! My only concern is the presentations at the conference was not closed captioned and the speakers at the podium were not projected on the two side screens making it difficult to see from the back.

This casino is terrible. I thought I could come and play for a few hours of poker before I picked my parents up at the airport. No there’s a 40 dollar parking fee for a concert I didn’t even know existed, nor do I give a flying F about. I shouldn’t have to pay for parking. This place is ludicrous and I won’t come here again!!! If you’re from out of town please go to Rivers casino in the middle of center city. There are more restaurants, places to walk, and things to do. Also, go to Parx casino in Northeast Philly. There are many more slot machines, and the casino is way nicer inside there. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

We stayed at the hotel because we went to a concert down the street. The room was beautiful. Very clean. I felt incredibly comfortable. The service was great. We ate at multiple restaurants within the hotel. If I had any complaint about anything it would be that where you walk into the casino from the hotel is the smoking section and that's a little bit of a turn off being as we don't smoke. We even went into the gym and that was fantastic as well. We had a great time and planned to return in the future.

We had a great time! Easy and great date night. The only issue was getting out of the parking lot. A concert let out at the same time we were leaving and it took an hour to get out.
