Omni William Penn Hotel Concerts 2024-2025

Like most older and well-established hotels, they missed the details. The staff was polite and effective. The building/rooms/decor look great in pictures but are dated and worn in person. The folding suitcase stand is small enough to be an insult which leaves the floor or the bed to pack/unpack. The bathroom had one (conjoined) pair of hooks on the door and one hand towel holder by the sink. This means that you can hang one bath towel. If you hang two on the door, the second will fall when you retrieve the first. You cannot hang a robe or clothes for a shower. Toilet flushing was inconsistent and ineffective unless repeated several times. The built-in make-up mirror was a nice touch except that it's light no longer functions. There was no full length mirror and my wife remarked on or lamented this fact several times per day. Apparently women like to make sure their shoes and outfits look good together. The TV remote was the least intuitive I have ever encountered. The guide consisted of a channel line-up but zero program information. The best part was when we checked in and were told that our upgraded room (suite) had been cancelled.

We attended the Candlelight concert, a tribute to Adele. The room it was held in was perfect! The staff was kind, helpful and they smiled. The music was wonderful!! Great musicians. I even enjoyed the music better than in its original form. We will definitely come to another performance!! Ty

I can't say enough about our stay! My husband and I wanted a night away. He did his research to surprise me. It lived up to the hype! Our room was spacious and very clean. The Speakeasy was awesome. We had a great server and the drinks were delicious (& strong). For breakfast, we opted for the hotel restaurant, The Terrace Room. The breakfast buffet was out of this world. Seriously, the best. I loved the man making the omelets! We are actually in the process of planning our next stay... this time with the kiddos.

Edit: The hotel did get back to me and addressed the situation both with me and will follow up with their staff. Their quick response and appropriate follow up is greatly appreciated. We did get an upgrade to a suite because there was a big basketball tournament but the bathroom had hair from the shower to the ceiling. We didn't notice it when we checked in because we left to go to a event and weren't really in the bathroom until the morning we checked out and went to shower. It wasn't just 1 strand it was multiple strands in different spots. I did reach out to them but they were not responsive.

The hotel is well located. The nicest thing about it is the lobby, which is comfortable and elegant. Everyone on the staff is wonderful and responsive. The room, was small and my issue with it careless details. There is a coffee machine but we got one cup for 2 people. There is closet with one robe for 2 people No glass in the bathroom. But the item that bothered me and made those small things seem worse is that the quilt in the bed had no cover and was dirty looking.
