DeepRoots Vineyards Concerts 2024

Very fun and relaxing place. We came out on Mother’s Day and there was plenty of seating. Our group tested two flights of wine and we had the pizza for lunch. We’ll be back! Keep up the good work Deep Roots Winery!

We visited during the Sip and Shop. The grounds are pretty and the venue nice. Chairs are scarce and when we left a young man grabbed ours and ran for his life, see pic. He was elated to have scored ours while the seats were still warm, lol. We enjoyed the music, too. Parking was the only hassle as there are not designated parking spots. We enjoyed snacking on the blackberries that grew along the fence line, too, Be careful when you leave as 249 traffic is going very fast!

This venue is awesome and the staff was friendly. It was a warm night but the winearitas and the big a$$ fan kept me cool. Captain Fantastic covering Elton John was very entertaining. I wished I hadn’t waited 2 years to visit!

I wanted so badly to love this place as much as I love Bernhardt but they just fell short, at least the day we were there. We went this past Sunday and planned to have 1 flight of wine and a pizza while listening to the music. The ladies at the bar were so great, very friendly. Then we went over to the kitchen to order some pizzas. We ordered 4 pizzas. The first pizza came out super fast, like maybe 5 minutes later. The other 3 pizzas took AN HOUR, maybe a little over an hour. The 2 ladies in the kitchen seemed frazzled, and were going back and forth between buildings. They came by the table about 30 minutes after we ordered and said they were having some issues but would have it out ASAP. We said that is totally fine, no worries. They came by again about 15 minutes later and said it would be out soon. Again, we said that is okay. At this point we were done with our flights and pretty much ready to go but had already paid for the pizza. Finally it came out. The pizza was good, but pretty small for the price (I can't remember the exact cost but I want to say it was like $20 per pizza, and it is a small think crust pizza, definitely not big enough for 2 to share). We ate, and then got up to leave. There is no trash can outside around the picnic tables so we figured we would just leave the pizza boxes on the tables and they would come take them. As we were walking away I guess the wind blew the boxes off the table, at which point the gal from the kitchen came out to grab them and then YELLED at us from across the way saying our trash was blowing around everywhere. I'm sorry, but I just waited over an hour for you to make me an overpriced pizza and never complained. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional for her to yell at us. In addition, I am pretty sure any other establishment would have given us a discount or something for waiting so long for food. With this kind of rude customer service I can not see them being successful, which is a shame.

This is an awesome place to relax, and enjoy some great spirits, and music! Dean made sure to welcome us at the front, and told us where everything was, and to come see him if we needed anything, and Jamie at the bar was super nice, and very helpful. Give it a try, I doubt very seriously you will have regrets!
