Horrible business practices. It’s sad that they won’t even care about this review because they always get their money one way or another. Reserved a room for a Friday night and unfortunately had something come up where I had to cancel. Full charge…$385 to cancel. Knowing because they are always fully booked on weekends that they will take my money and then book the room at the same rate for someone else. No sympathy with these companies and businesses anymore. They just outright steal from you now. And we have to swallow it. I will NEVER step foot in a Choctaw casino again. And I love to gamble. And I mean LOVE.

Stayed here two nights at the hotel, had no complaints with it. Beds were comfy and clean. Don't gamble here, unless you like donating money. They never opened the live roulette table in the 2 days I was here either. Save your money and gamble elsewhere

I rated it 4 stars because it seems like every time you find a game you like they take it out. It's a very pretty casino, one of the prettiest ones I have seen. The bathrooms are always clean when I use them, anyways. It's a casino so some days the machines seem like they are really tight, other days they seem like they are loose. In the Free Soda Fountain they only offer Coke products, and sadly they only have one spot for Come Zero.

It is a very nice resort. They've made changes to points on cards though and that I dislike because I have spent a lot in there since getting a new card and still have not gotten any free play offers or anything promotional at all. The service has went downhill since I last went regularly & they have replaced many good games with ones that aren't very fruitful or fun even. I know they pick winners as soon as they walk in & it's not totally random at all. The older you are, the better chance u have to win there too from my view. All in all it's a fun place to go, but not if you're trying to save money.

Me being brutally honest...Really disappointed in this casino, anymore its is just a money grabber. The more you play the more you lose. They have taken the fun out of it. When you play several machines and never hit anything its obvious. And if you stay after dark it gets really bombarded with migrants. Not where I want to be anymore. So long! Not coming back to this one. Your "free gifts" don't even touch what you take. Tried to like it one more time. It's no better! Put 400 in a machine that usually will hit on something, and not even a free spin did I get. DONT GO HERE.
