Thompson's Point Reviews

Great outdoor venue! Right on the water. Beautiful scenery. Great food and drink selection. Plenty of room if you're behind the sound board area. Very well organized. The "chair and blanket" section is located about 50 feet behind the soundboard, and is separated by some barriers. You can spread-out nicely there. Standing room is Soundboard forward for those who want to stand and dance. I would definitely recommend checking out a concert event here during the summer!

Thompson Point is such a gem! I recently went to a concert there with Rebelution, Iration, and The Expendables, and it was amazing. The venue is right by the water, offering breathtaking views of the Portland skyline. The outdoor setup is just perfect for live music – it feels cozy yet lively. The sound system was top-notch, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back to Thompson Point for another awesome event!

Thompson point was a fun venue. The views were amazing. Food trucks fun but pricey for amount served main stage looked fantastic hope to come up again to see a band on that stage! I enjoyed the museums very much. The employees were a bit strict with entrance to a free show. But I would go back in heartbeat to see Cake if I could !!

What's to say...cool outdoor music venue. Sound was great! Vibe was positive! Somebody passed out and the emergency crew was on it right away. Merch, beer, and potty lines moved quickly and efficiently. Will definitely go back! We had a little trouble with Uber, so we ended up walking back to our hotel. But not a bad walk...only about 2 miles through some neat neighborhoods.

Went to a concert at Thompson Point, Portland, ME. My main purpose, of course, was to bring you all the flavors of the food trucks! They had a wide variety of different foods to try from burgers to PB fried sandwiches and gourment grilled cheese sandwiches. Great venue for everyone!
