Star Theater Concerts 2026-2027

I was there to see Bell Witch (they were fantastic) so I didn't overly pay attention to the environs. That said, I recall feeling comfortable. And the architecture was cool; as was the hellish red lighting. The staff? Friendly, accommodating. The security? Unobtrusive, competent. The restrooms? Reminded me of restrooms I used to get high and/or "well" in. So: familiar. All in all, right. quite. nice.

Underrated venue! Great spot to see a band. Awesome sound and great outdoor space. The inside bar is a bit more on point than the outside one, but I love when my fave bands play here.

Great music venue and enormous patio. Good franks and sausages at the grill too. The balcony seating didn’t really seem worth it to me apart from the private bar but the service was fine downstairs anyway. You can’t really see much when seated up in the balcony. I bought a VIP balcony ticket and ended up just going down to GA last show I went to

The Star Theater and Starlight lounge! Been here a few times, including last night. Super awesome venue with great staff in a “classic” Portland downtown neighborhood. The front of the building is super cool and fun. You go inside and are immediately greeted by staff and a bar. Good selection of brews and cocktails awaits. The stage and sound system is nice - it’s a great place to watch shows and rad on the artist side as well. Two green rooms including one with a famous toilet at the end of a small staircase. The STARLIGHT lounge has awesome teriyaki rice bento bowls. The smell is mesmerizing and it’s hard not to order them. So good. So if you find yourself in the area - drop in! See a show coming up at the Star Theater? Snag that ticket.

Always an excellent venue for concerts. This time we went to support some music students in School of Rock.
