Overall, everything was satisfactory during my stay. Although the facilities were relatively old, it is understandable considering that many years the casino has been operating. However, the location was convenient with free parking and nearby amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic, which was greatly appreciated. This reflects the excellent training that management has worked hard on it. The only issue I encountered was with the small safe-box in my room, which was locked by a previous guest and could not be unlocked, even after reporting it to the front desk and requesting maintenance to fix it. Unfortunately, this issue was not resolved during my stay, and I had to carry my lap-top and document in and out of the hotel. I hope this was an isolated case and not a reflection of the entire maintenance department's performance.

Had a great time visiting family and staying at Silver Legacy. The room was comfortable and not smoky. The rooftop pool area was nice and although we didn't use the sap, we might consider it next time. Silver Legacy is close to the Riverwalk District which is nice. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay on the Row. You can go to each casino on the 2nd floor. Simple and easy! Has a blast and will go back again. Everyone is super nice and very helpful. The rooms were great and it was really nice outside.

The first time I stayed here, a year ago, I got bit pretty good by bedbugs. My wife has stayed there for work several times with no incident so I tried it again. Beautiful view from the 19 floor. I forgot my heart medication and after dropping her off, I got refills and headed back to the room. Key malfunctioned, so I tried to get a new key. Apparently my wife didn't add me as a room member(her work books the room for her, I came along because it's my birthday)..so I explained the situation, was reminded by the ridiculously robotic manager what the policy was. I have a bag full of perishable food and meds I'd like to take and relax in my room instead of being angry in the lobby. We will be checking put and never giving this place our business. We will recommend her company does the same.

First time here! loved it rooms were clean and spacious! Conveniently located, we were able to walk to El Dorado & Circus Circus! Everyone from front desk to bar tenders..waitresses ..maintainence were helpful & polite! CAFE Central when we first arrived! totally remembered Bridget with her gracious smile! She was a gem
