I am writing this feedback as a guest to a party (I did not book this venue). It was a good size room very open with nothing blocking anyone's view. Parking is ample as well. Wishing for the walls to be repainted and the ceiling fixtures to be cleaned, seem like the place could use a little maintenance to bring it to shape. The other thing that it wasn't so good was the automatic doors to come in and out. It was hard to keep uninvited guest out and bring in those that were. Otherwise it seems like a good venue that just needs a little upkeep in the inside.

Although, my review is two weeks overdue, I must say that I still think of the AMAZING experience my family and I had using this hall for my sister's wedding! All of our questions (albeit sometimes annoying) were answered promptly, and it was easy to reach the manager/owner at varies times throughout the week. We were all very much pleased with the professional relationship we were able to build through this service. I would recommend this hall to my closest and dearest friends and family! The entire hall was spacious, and at a reasonable price to boot! The two kitchens at opposite ends came in useful, and the space within the bathrooms allowed for a breathable feeling even when over crowded. Our guests loved and complimented our venue selection as well as our decorator's decor which accented the beauty of the hall. Like I said, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this venue to anyone, and already do! :)

My friend got married there last weekend. First off she wasn't given the correct side of hall that she booked. The hall was dirty. Bathrooms were not clean garbage on floor they stunk from a dirty mop. Not restocked and most importantly no soap in any of the restrooms!! The food warmers they were allowed to use did not work and food got cold. The kitchen sinks leaked all over and flooded it. The dumpsters were full before event even started so no where to put trash. And to top it off a worker/ owner was showing venue to potential clients while we were decorating. You might think this was a big deal but it is very misleading. The fancy table decor fancy lighting and fabrics hanging on wall are NOT offered by venue. These are an extra rental from a different vendor. You pay 4000. For a dirty run down hall. With no soap.

Staff communication was bad we had hired their decorator and their decorator said Hi I got told im supposto to decorate ur event what exactly are you wanting because I didn't know that your date had changed and I didn't know you had booked us And was saying what we wanted done because she had another event that day and dident know if she could decorate ours and why we dident get her number to communicate with her we got told we dident need her number that they communicate everything to her.This was 2 days before our event. With all the changes do to covid expect to constantly call them to stay updated on requirement and to make sure what u ordered from them is still in affect if we dident constantly communicate to them there would have been nothing said to us or done they make no effort to get a hold of you. Also if you want anything more then what you see when you walk in expected to pay $$$ for everything that's nicer. we got the side with an ice machine the day of our event my aunt was asking how to make it work. long story short the ice machine dosent make ice it barley keeps things cold just buy alot of your own ice. also kitchen was not cleaned there was items left from previous event thing in kitchen where half broken like the metal tables/counter in the kitchen. also the manager has to stay and "supervise" the event but was eatting our food and drinking the alcohol and was asking for shots was not helpful with questions day of event at all. over all never book a nice event here. only positive is they have a larger event space for over 250 people. it's cheep to book an event here if you want nothing extra just what you see when u walk in red and blue chairs and the space with what circle tables and few rectangle tables they provide. also be prepared to buy ur own trash bags toilet paper, paper towls ect for bathroom and kitchen its not provided passed what you see when u walk in.they have a stage on both sides that's included but take the time to read the contract carefully! good luck

I would never reccomend this hall to anybody. First of all the owner left out of town without informing me and my wedding was near by. She told me that we can have the wedding up until 4am. When the time was near they switched up and told us make sure the music is off at 2am. Her worker Julian is the most rudest person you could ever meet. He comes inside your wedding and records you without even asking if it’s okay. He ruined my big day. Lastly, they don’t try to give you your deposit back even if you cleaned the place very well. We cleaned way better than when we got there at the time of are event. The place wasn’t even clean as it should have been. Overall this isn’t a hall to have an event at rather pay more and go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache because I promise you they will give you a headache. One more thing when the owner got back she didn’t even care when I told her everything her worker did. Instead she started acting very rude herself.
