Great idea to convert Xerox Auditorium into a venue. The pricing for tickets is good. It was quite warm in there with a sold out show. There are only two elevators to get to the parking garage with all those people. I couldn't find stairs down to the garage level. Overall a good 4 star experience.

My family and I went to see a Fleetwood Mac tribute band perform at this theater and everyone had a great time. The theater staff were welcoming and made finding seats relatively easy. Our seats were in the back of the balcony near the top and it sure was steep! The seat sizes were fine for average adults, though the armrests were smaller and sharing with strangers was a bit awkward. That being said, I definitely would go back for any great performance that comes to town and performs here!

Small intimate theater experience. Nice inside. Bathrooms on different floors, only 1 elevator , hard to get to parking garage as you have to take elevator

Amazing venue. Pay parking garages onsite and nearby. There's an elevator directly from the Innovation Square Parking Garage up to the second floor theater! This place is small, and sound in there is fantastic! Bathrooms are on 3rd floor. Small but the gigantic line moves quickly. I saw Steve Hackett's Genesis Revisited play a set of classic solo stuff and then all of Foxtrot. Mind: blown!

The theater itself was nice, and the seats were comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our experience, and the show was fabulous. If the theater had no relationship to their garage, they'd get five stars for what they are - but they do. And, the garage might get two stars for being clean and safe, but that's it. We came from out of town, so weren't familiar with Rochester. It took forever and a lot of stress to find the entrance to the theater's garage even though they really tried to help with detailed directions on their website. The extent of those directions suggests other people have also had trouble, and we really wish there were better signage. It turned out that most local folk had parked on the street, which I wish we'd done. The area seemed quiet and reasonably safe, and street parking is free. We paid $10 for the theater's garage, but that was definitely a mistake. If we had it to do over again, we'd 100% park on the street!
