The Orpheum Theatre is beautiful. MJ is an amazing show. We had an awesome time. The view was great from our seats, however, I am 6'2" and the legroom was nonexistent. So, be advised, if you're over 6ft, do not get seats in the Loge/Mezzanine section unless it's row A (that looked like it had a little more legroom).

My experience at Orpheum Theatre for the play 'Funny Girl' was absolutely fantastic! The show was stunning, with attention to detail evident in every scene. The cast delivered a top-notch performance, and the costumes were beautiful. The background setup transported me back to the early 19th century. The venue itself was great, but the legroom could be a bit tight for taller individuals. The downside of this theater is it’s hard to find a parking space. Overall, a memorable night of theater!

Theater is old, the seats are so close together you can barely move. My knees were touching the seat in front of me, and I am only 5’4” tall. The drinks were insanely over priced, paid $60 for two cocktails. No joke. The bathrooms were large and accommodating and the bar lounge area was nice. The MJ show made up for the cramped, expensive theater.

Very opluent theater, the seating is decently comfy. The mezzanine and balcony levels only have stairs, though, and are not accessible by elevators. The incline of the seats in the mezzanine is good, but if there is a tall person sitting in front of you, your view gets blocked, so I wish the incline was higher. The restrooms were on the ground floor, so needed to use stairs again.

Much has been said about the quality of the Orpheum Theater and the productions that it hosts, but I would like to talk about the Marquee Lounge, about which little has been written. The Marquee Lounge is a place you can go before the show and during intermission if you have access, which you get bundled with your ticket or purchase separately. One drink is included, and you can purchase more. The quality of drinks is higher than those available elsewhere in the venue. They are brought to you via table service, and you can bring them to your seats during the show. They also let you pre-order a drink to have ready at the start of intermission. The lounge also has a complimentary charcuterie spread; note that vegetarian and especially vegan offerings are limited. During intermission there is a spread of desserts. The lounge also has a bathroom, with much shorter lines than the general one. I got there early, but the lounge was full by showtime. Personally I don't think the Marquee Lounge is quite worth the price, but it was nice to try once on a special occasion.
