Great Service, and handicap friendly, but you should call ahead to make sure they know that you need accommodations!

Been going to concerts here for over 20 years. Saw Staind, Trapt, POD, FFDP just to name a few. Love how it's a smaller venue. You can get up close & rock out & have an amazing experience!

We had some hurdles to overcome when it came to getting my 11yr old daughter to her first concert. I reached out to the venue and was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Kelley of Events and Marketing more than bent over backward to make sure she was able to comfortably attend the show. We all had a great experience, and she had the absolute time of her life watching Demon Hunter and her new favorite band Opponent, who were gracious enough to spend time with her after the show, and even gave her autographed merch to go along with the Opponent pick and Demon Hunter set list she'd already been given. I don't believe any of this would've been possible without Mr. Kelley's outstanding customer service. Thank you again, sir!

First time back since covid and the collective efforts to keep patrons safe were nothing short than exceptional. I don't recall seeing anyone getting temperature checked, but bags, IDs and masked were constantly monitored. Drinks were super watered down, unless you ordered a double or a chaser. I really enjoyed the whole show last night and look forward to spending more time here, safely of course

Whoever security is tonight is hugely disrespectful. He should have let the woman who was there stay because he has no idea how to be welcoming. All of did was ask him his name. I gave him my ID and asked his name and he said his name was security. I said, I know that’s not your name and he said that’s my name tonight and give me your ID or you can leave…. So I left!!!! I am not pressed to get into that club. He probably did me a favor.
