Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts Reviews

I really great venue for just about any type of entertainment. About a thousand seats and they're all good. Great sound system. Ample parking. My only complaint is that they only have two amateur bartenders for 1000 people so the line is very long

Love this venue, the auditorium is graded so that visibility is never an issue. The stairs are a little steep as a result, hold the handrails! Full bar is open before shows but closes right after show begins, so drink up and get a second beverage to take in with you if that's your style. Free parking garage is close to the venue, another perk.

Beautiful venue as long as you don’t require accessible seating. The only option is terrible seating all the way on the side. When we first arrived they gave us a better option but once settled management said they made a mistake and very rudely moved us. Zero empathy or concern for our experience.

Went to see the Randy Johnson exhibit on Saturday. The room was “closed off for a private event” that had nothing to do with his work or his exhibit. Backpacks were strewn on the floor & we were asked to leave. Of all the available space in the center, why would the center choose that room to close off? Very disappointed & I hope the next time Randy decides to share his work he chooses another art facility that shows more appreciation.

Very disappointed, as we went in plenty of time (we thought) and spent half-an-hour trying to park on a Sunday afternoon. Had to give up and go home, as it was too late to catch the program. I expect the Mozart Requiem was good, but you need to live near or allow an hour or so if you want to go.
