Favorite venue for metal shows. Always a good community. People look out for each other. Always feels safe, even when the pit is at its most violent. Sound quality is better than you'd think for such a small space.

Horrible venue prioritizes profits. They have so many people you can barely stand. And more people still coming in. Capacity is 800 but should be 600-700 (for cramped still but a bit safer). Just way too many. There is such a thing as sold out and safety capacity but they cheat because the bar isn’t anywhere near the stage and can’t see it and is an empty room. And they block off a lot of space. It’s not properly fire rated. Come on this is a HUGE fire hazard. Have people learned nothing since all the trample deaths and mass shootings and fires? This isn’t safe. NO airflow either. What year is it? Did you forget there was a pandemic and now endemic. And there is heat exhaustion. (There are fans above the main floor but not elsewhere which is a significant amount of space.) (I wrote this review before the show started! By the time the headliner was up my daughter did get heat exhaustion and had to sit down in the back and didn’t enjoy the show.) I can’t believe this place. I’m 40 and have been in a lot of venues and this is the worst. I don’t like to complain publicly like this but things like safety make me feel obligated. $10 minimum at the mini bar too. WHAT?! Parking isn’t on site but it’s fine just a bit of walking through town. I am so angry at this venue for this experience with Autoheart. Pick a different venue for your show. Like showbox market.

I didn’t know I was claustrophobic until they shoved way too many people into their main room—had a panic attack while being shoved and pinned into the wall by bodies on all sides. This was unsafe, only one exit anyone under 21 could take (and even then, no reentry for people under 21 is ridiculous). Seating was also a problem—as someone who has chronic pain, I found it incredibly difficult to enjoy myself when the upper landings weren’t be related and none of the lines were organized at all. What if there was a fire? The stairs were incredibly steep and I almost feel at least twice. Prices are awful—there’s a 10 dollar minimum to avoid opening a tab, so my party who wanted to drink water had to buy like 4 waters to avoid this.

Fairly small and intimate venue. This is one of my favorite venues to go to because of the ability to interact closely with the bands on stage. There's no bad place to stand. If you're a female, however, don't always count on there being TP in the women's bathroom! Otherwise, no complaints - I love this place!

Terrible venue, staff allows it to be packed wall to wall. By far the most unsafe place I've seen a show. Fire exists where blocked with chain link fences and other crowd barriers where merchandise was being sold. Access to exits where intentionally blocked and utterly inaccessible. At the end of the show security took the crowd barriers and used them to push people out of the front door like cattle. Not only would I not recommend this venue I'll never go again.
