Gas Works Park Reviews

As per the story, a gas factory turned into a park/walking area The location is really nice With tons of parking nearby and right next to the lake, you can go and have a pleasant walk there There are many spots to take pictures There is a small hill that you can easily climb and gives a great view of seattle You wont find any food or water there. So be prepared. A must visit in my opinion

This is a great example on how to recover dismissed area and convert it to green space in which you can practice sport, relax and enjoy free-time with your furry friends or your family. Entrance is free. If you are in Seattle I suggest to visit in sunny days. I would have appreciated to find more benches to relax on and restrooms.

Gas Works Park offers a kid and dog friendly view of Seattle. Mostly circular walking paths and a really cool playground will keep the kids and pets entertained. I enjoyed watching the seaplanes take off and land off the lake. Dogs must be leashed but this is no enforced. It’s also a great place to see industrial ruins. No swimming, boating or wading as the water is not safe so keep your dogs away from the water.

Definitely a must-go in Seattle city, especially in a sunny day. I'm so happy to send the last day of 2023 here! It is perfect, it is cool, and it deserves any type of visit: family and kids, friends, lovers ... we will come again in spring and summer

Nice park to go check out the Seattle views or just get out and get a walk. If you go on a rainy weekday there shouldn’t be many people. Nice parking lot.
