Mulberry Orchard Reviews

I almost didn't leave a review because I don't want them to run out of apples in the future. I'm not sure people realize how good a deal their apple 'seconds' deal is. Many of the apples in this category were pretty nice. they just had some blemishes but were so delicious and crisp. We bought probably well over 100bl for 40bucks to do cider. I ended up saving a bunch just to eat.

We came at the tail end of the season. They have the best apple cider donuts we’ve ever eaten. Staff is friendly & it’s quite adorable!

My family and I had such a good time here. The staff is friendly and they have plenty to do. We even got to do stuff with the kids. Corn Field Maze, pick our own Pumpkins and Apples just to name a few. They do grow different kinds of apples. You do pay by the lbs for Apples and Pumpkins. We enjoyed our lunch we bought here and we all thought it was really good food. The prices are very reasonable. The kids got to run and play on the different play areas they had set up for the kids. It was just a neat thing to do with my family. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Where to start… This was my first time to Mulberry Orchard and it was such an amazing experience. I’m still taken aback by it which sounds dramatic - but I’ll explain… My friend and I drove separately for a fun day with our littles while our husbands were out of town. We arrived around 11:30 and immediately began having a ball in the play area where we found multiple jungle gyms, unique games with a “farm twist”, Apple Mountain and much more. It wasn’t too crowded and had such a sweet, wholesome vibe. We enjoyed some burgers, hotdogs and grilled cheese at the concessions stand, and then made our way to the Apple and pumpkin fields. The staff was all super friendly and so were the other guests. We let our littles pick their goodies and then headed back. It was the first day of fall and it was truly picture perfect. At one point I lost my sunglasses, then we found them about an hour later and we joked that the day was “back to perfection!” We did the corn maze to close out our activities and literally closed down the orchard. We had spent hours there soaking it up and loving every minute. This is where our experience becomes unique. In the time we were there, my phone and watch died. I had told my friend I’d follow her but right outside the property, my car started to make a weird noise and the power steering went out. My friend didn’t realize I stopped but I found myself actually stranded without a phone and my three kids. God was seriously looking out though bc a car pulled up behind me and it was a young girl that worked there with her mother. I explained the situation and they offered to let me use their phone (and even to start charging mine). In the meantime, she called her manager who came to help and the owner of Mulberry ended up on the scene as well. I was a little overwhelmed bc I had never had this happen and was quite a bit away from home. These people… they’re all incredible. Without hesitation, complete strangers (to me) offered to help any way they could and Matt, the owner, along with about 5 others, spent most of that evening, not just helping me figure out what to do, but REPAIRING MY CAR. This was not for any reason other than that they’re amazing, kind-hearted and caring people. When they successfully got it fixed, I asked about compensating them; I was at a loss for words… but they simply said, “just come back to the orchard sometime.” And another said, “do something kind for someone.” I cannot say enough about our experience at Mulberry Orchard and will certainly never forget this first (of many). I realize this is very lengthy, and even left out some details, but if nothing else I hope the takeaway is that 1) God is good. 2) Good people exist. And 3) when you’re supporting this orchard, you’re supporting a remarkable group of people. If any of them happen to see this - Thank you again! We will be back.

This place seems like it's fairly new to the public type place. I would highly recommend this place, especially for those with kids under 12. It's tightly planned but they do have a pumpkin patch, apple barn, few baby animals for learning and feeding. They also have a tricycle circle with lots of bikes in different sizes for fun races. The corn maze was a lot of fun and simple enough for younger kids.
