The District Concerts 2025

3.2.20204, we chose The District as our wedding venue and are so glad we did! The coordinators did the best job making sure everything was in place for our special day. We had multiple meetings and phone calls to ensure everything was up to par. We got many comments about how amazing the venue was. Our decor was simple, yet elegant. The District itself has beauty that doesn't need to be dressed up to much. We couldn't say enough great things about our wedding day!

Great experience with The District as our wedding venue! It is a gorgeous and unique place to host a wedding in Sioux Falls, especially if you are looking for something other than the barn look. We had a modern black & white wedding and it was perfect for what we had envisioned. Also reasonably priced when you consider the big picture of how much a wedding costs these days.

My wife and I were married at this District this July and we have nothing but glowing reviews regarding the venue. Ginger and Shawn made the process of wedding planning effortless and tried their best to fulfill every request. The venue itself is stunning and the food was great. All of our guests had a great time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for wedding venues!

The District was an amazing venue for our wedding! Ginger and her team made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Ginger was very organized from the first time we met with her, and she worked with us to make everything exactly how we wanted it. We had a plated meal catered by ROAM, and the food was great. Additionally, we had both our ceremony and reception at The District, with a cocktail hour in between, and the switchover was quick and seamless. The decor, lighting, etc. looked amazing and all of our guests loved the venue. We couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out and we are so glad we chose The District to host our big day!

0 stars, if I could give them an honest rating. Me and my husband came over to see Bad Omens with Beartooth on Aug 18, 2022. From the moment we first stepped in. The security guards were very hostile, told me that I should just leave my coat behind “cause it’s hot inside”. Mind you, we came for Bad Omens and to buy from their merch table, the only pockets I had for my phone and wallet, plus for the merch we planned on getting after, was in my windbreaker at the time. (Long story short; We went to their show in Council Bluffs and we didn’t buy anything 2 weeks prior to this. We came to the show last minute to see them again. We wanted to get shirts and a signed drum-head to have) Anyway, I barely take a step forward, about to open my arms wide for the pat down, and to say that “We’re not gonna be here for long, we just want to see Bad Omens and buy merch from them”. But they cut me off. They all went hostile, yelling at us and roughly treating us like we just tried to make a run for it and then gave us dirty looks. Quite a nice entry. Me and my husband watched Bad Omens’ set then went to buy at their merch table. Their merch guy was nicer than everyone working there! We head out, enjoyed the first half of the show and would head home. On the way out, one of the female staff grabbed my husband by his shoulder, yelled at him that we weren’t allowed back inside after leaving, which again we only came for one band. He tells her that we’re leaving, came for the band, and got what we wanted. She kept asking, “Are you sure?!”. Then her whole demeanor changed and she said “Good!” Like she was relieved that we were leaving. She must’ve let her racism show then she probably realized how she came off as and tried to apologize, which we ignored and left the property. The only good parts of the show were seeing the band and meeting Nicholas Ruffilo after leaving! We haven’t been back to this venue and don’t plan on it!
