SOPAC (South Orange Performing Arts Center) Concerts 2024

Went here for a “jazz in the loft” performance featuring the Willie Williams quartet. My family and I loved the show. It was set up jazz club style with the small tables and chairs. The music was great and the sound was perfect in the performance space. We loved the experience. We hope to see Willie Williams’s quartet perform again as well as to see another show at SOPAC

Great intimate atmosphere! Really not a bad seat in the house. Easy to find, park and very helpful assistants. We went for a Blues guitar fest, but can imagine any type of venue to be just as satisfying.

I just saw Oleta Adams in concert at @SOPAC for the 3rd time over about 6 years. Another amazing performance! The ambience is perfect, the sound crisp and balanced, and lighting vibrant and interesting.. I am a frequent patron of SOPAC and I always enjoy the shows there! Oh I can't forget, the staff and the volunteer ushers make you feel right at home!

My adult daughter and I absolutely loved this production of Beauty & the Beast. Such a creative take on the story. The actors were fantastic. Costumes were excellent. We had many, many laughs. It was our first time at this theater - seating was very comfortable and staff were friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be going back!

I attended Lynette Jamin' in the Loft on Wednesday Eve Dec.20. The lift was an excellent choice to host this evening of Jazz. I met a few new friends and we were delighted to be in SOPAC surrounded by the Gallery of Art. I will be returning for future events.
