Hotel is great. As far as most casinos go in WA state, this is one of the better ones. They run some good table games, particularly their roulette which has bettor-friendly rules. Fun and polite dealers. Generally clean and smells nice. Love the non-smoking table games area. Craps can be very fun here too if you get a good table going.

Took a ferry to get to Bainbridge Island, which I have only taken a ferry a handful of times which is always fun. The sail across the water was smooth and the scenery was gorgeous. The trip has been great and I am also hopeful about my chances of winning at the Clearwater Casino. Let the positive vibes continue for all! May God bless all of us 🙏!

When i chose to "go green" somebody at their players club messed up and put in the system that I wanted to receive no mail. Meaning no contact from them whatsoever. Because of this I missed out on several of the monthly gifts, I've actually never received one the entire time I've been coming here. I've missed out on the a months worth of luggage, meat, pots and pans, and Amazon gift cards. I believe there was more but I have no way to check. I was given bonus play in the amount of the amazon gift cards, And while that's greatly appreciated That's definitely not the only thing that I did not receive. I played enough to qualify for all of these gifts just like everyone else who actually got them but because someone at their players club messed up, I did not receive them. I understand that mistakes happen. I'm not mad about that. If I qualified for the stuff in the first place then it shouldn't be an issue to compensate me with something of equal value. I have no control over what buttons they press or what they write in my account. By trying to do my part, however small it may be in the grand scheme of things, to help our environment, I've gotten to watch tons of people get all this cool stuff, thinking that I didn't qualify for whatever reason, only to find out I did qualify, and then when I ask to receive some sort of compensation, I basically get told that I should be happy that I got compensated for one of the gifts, and that's that. There's no room for any further discussion. I want to clarify that my host was trying to help, and clearly thought that me being compensated was the thing to do, but whoever is training her was extremely rude about the whole thing, and has been any time I've talked to him.

The slots were hot. Paying left and right. I love the dean Martin slot had much fun. People were so nice and talkative. The staff were just as nice and funny. They even had a door valet. Met a few people that were friendly and had lunch with my new friends. I had a wonderful experience at the Clearwater casino. Looking forward to going back to have more fun

Review is for casino only - haven't eaten there or stayed at the hotel yet. The biggest issue for me is that the smoking area feels like an afterthought; Wish it was larger and cleaner. But I understand their main player base is probably non-smokers. Good selection of games. Definitely had some good nights and bad nights there (financially), but overall a nice place. No real negative or positive experiences with the staff either way. Parking is also kind of a hassle.
