Funk N Waffles Concerts 2024-2025

I recently attended a show here at Funk 'n Waffles and had a really great time! Kyle Smith put on an amazing performance! The service was top notch in the bar and in the restaurant. The bartender especially made my visit pleasant and enjoyable with his friendly demeanor, quick wit and great sense of humor along with his expert bartending skills and delicious drink suggestions. It is a small, intimate venue so there's no bad seat in the house. I ordered the chicken parm waffle and it was stellar!!! I appreciate that they serve food until they close at midnight so I didn't have to worry about finding food after the show when the inevitable munchies kick in. Great prices for the amount of food you get. Try the chicken tenders- don't think - just do it! Will definitely come back for more shows I the future and more eats.

We flew into Syracuse, but checked Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives to find a place to eat that the kids would like and this place fit the bill. We had the Jive Turkey, the chicken parm, the James Brownie, the Monte Christo, the chicken and waffles, and the chocolate chip waffle. Everything was fantastic! Our only disappointment was that the monte Cristo was light on toppings. The house sauce was the best syrup I have ever had. I could drink that stuff! We may have to find an excuse to head into Syracuse again.

Enjoyed my meal here! It is a restaurant you order at the front and then sit anywhere but is very good food and wasn’t very busy when I went with plenty of seating. Simple restaurant style with no frills but most important thing (the food) is super awesome and had rightfully won awards and been featured on TV. I got the whole lotta love waffle and it was unique and yummy as was the purple haze tea. Reasonable prices too.

I got a waffle from their food truck after seeing Sophistafunk play on 4/20 and it was delicious! I’m new to the Syracuse area and have been told by many people to try them out and I’m glad I finally did! Great vibes, friendly service, and the music was so good. Thank you for putting on a great show and having such a fresh, delicious waffle to top off such a fun night. Waffle was hot and perfectly fluffy with no shortage of toppings :) I’m excited to try out a savory waffle next time!

Very cozy place. Waffles are amazing and not awfully sweet as you might expect them to be with all the fancy toppings. They also have vegan options, would be awesome if they had a veggie version of chicken waffles but otherwise great experience and lovely staff.
