Acrisure Arena Reviews

Wow!!! We came here for the first time for a Private party that the Law Firm was holding. Thanks for the Hospitality of the entire team. We were well feed, geared up, and taken care of all along the way. In addition, I want to add the fact that the Place is beautifully designed and conveys an artistic style that is loved and prominent in the Desert Valley. Keep up all the excellent work and stellar customer service. Cheers and GOD Bless!!

Went to watch the Coachella Valley Firebirds hockey team play. It is very cold inside, seats are small and I didn't like that they have just one big screen on one end of the arena. I'll admit that I am not a huge hockey fan, so keep that in mind when you read this. I still had a good time with friends though and the Firebirds won so that was a plus!

For the 1st time there the staff for the arena was very helpful, especially in regards to locating my seat in the floor section and also in assisting me in finding the nearest restroom. FYI the snack bars and merch stands were contactless, also if you have beer or water in a can or bottle the usher serves it to you in a plastic cup ladies 🚺 and gentlemen 🚹

Saw a Coachella Firebirds hockey match. Sadly with many kids in the audience they had a bunch of drag queens running around acting foolish and disgusting but the game was good and they won. Sadly, these sports teams think being inclusive means having this kind of behavior in front of children is OK. If it was real women behaving like this in front of kids it would be considered trashy. 🤔 Acrisure Arena is nice though and would be a good place to see a concert. Most all seats are great 👍

BEAUTIFUL Arena! GREEDY Owners! I absolutely love Acrisure, its an amazing hockey/entertainment venue. However, the prices have skyrocketed just within its second year of opening! One used to pay $45 dollars for a mid-ice view, fast forward a couple months and it’s now $80 dollars plus ticketmaster fees, and $35 dollars for self-parking that is unattended. You’re basically paying the price of a ticket to have your car sit in an unsupervised lot. Additionally, the food is great but when you start paying $14 dollars for a pizza 🍕 you know you’re getting scammed. Also, just to have Fuego visit you, they charge here. It’s $70-80 dollars to have him come for a visit. Oakview has admitted the target audience is retired, rich people. It’s sad that they’re excluding middle and lower class people from enjoying and paving the way for the next generation to get on board. Some would argue yea there’s a few kids, yea it’s because grandpa brought them! Lastly, the upper seating is $125 dollars aka the UBS club which is ridiculous and outrageous. The food is mediocre up there and sure the seats are comfortable, but this is not a metropolitan venue! I’m sure Oakview has this problem at Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena when it comes to pricing but at least they have giveaways and pay more attention to their fans. The giveaways are so weak at Acrisure, it’s sad.
