Absolutely LOVE this venue! My company has had their annual awards celebration here for the last couple of years and this place is awesome! I’ve also attended concerts here before and it’s always a wonderful experience. The bar staff is always knowledgeable and friendly, bathrooms are clean, and sound quality is 10/10! Love that they have a second room in case you need to step away and have a conversation or just breathe for a moment.

Reasonable parking options close by. Friendly door staff, tasty BBQ sandwiches, and they sell ear plugs. History is amazing. I was seeking out over the posters AND they even have updated and clean bathrooms. I went to see concerts in back to back nights!

This was an awesome location to go to a concert. The rich history of Cain's Ballroom was in full motion when my wife and I were there. We drove to Tulsa from Kansas City to see The Dead South and it was a great show. I would highly recommend Cains to anyone in the area or as a stop for someone passing through. Bought beverages and we were shocked at how affordable they were and the staff laughed and said "We want people to keep coming back and to keep having fun" Fantastic location all the way!

Fantastic venue with a great history. We’ve lived here 13 years and I’m ashamed to say this was our first visit to Cain’s Ballroom. Amazing place, great acoustics, friendly staff. Will definitely not wait 13 years to go back. Plus, the musicians were amazing.

Arrived to the venue, Cain's ballroom, I was looking forward to hearing Geoff Tate and the opening band. I appreciated the conversation with the Facebook host who told me about the venue, where to buy seats and the BBQ. If you need information about the place, reach out on Facebook. Also, be aware that you do not have to pay for parking in front of the venue after 5 pm M-F. My monkey 🐒 and I walked in with the smell of arthritis medication and a slight smell of glaucoma medicine was in the air until the BBQ punched us in the nose. We walked first to the restrooms located up the ramp that were clean with many stalls for the men. Afterwards, we went to order our meal. The first bad experience was with the 2 cooks at the register. They were not friendly and acted like we were annoying them, note we were the only ones in line, as I asked about the menu. I asked for 2 orders of 3 pork ribs that came out quick. There was a slight smoke taste to each bite and you could taste the rub. Each bite was juicy and didn't require BBQ sauce. The cost was $30 for 2 orders of ribs and 2 bottled waters. The other kind of bad experience was the bartender who snapped at my son and the joyful bouncers who did nothing as my generation hits the AARP stage. The venue is beautiful, the meal was good and would go back in the future but the workers....well..you make the call.
