Our first visit to this venue but certainly not our last. We found it to be remarkable. A new facility with excellent, comfortable seating. We usually sit in the orchestra section so we did so here. There did not seem to be a bad seat in the house. Patrons were allowed to bring drinks into the theater and there were cup holders in each seat. We paid extra for premium parking since my spouse just had knee replacement surgery. It made it a short walk into the venue. It was also easy exiting the parking garage after the event. We will go back and suggest you check it out. A lot of Broadway shows and concerts.

Nice venue. It was clean and the employees were courteous. The parking garage is just a short walk away. The seats were comfortable and had cup holders. You can buy drinks and limited food options in the lounge. I recommend skipping the food. It was $30 for three chicken strips and three pizza rolls, that weren’t very good.

Absolutely awesome place to see a concert! Clean, comfortable, awesome sound quality, with excellent food and drink service. Plus it's a beautiful facility within itself. Hope to get back there myself some day!

Whatever you do, don’t book the second balcony. (First balcony may be the same) Awful seats. Can’t pick your exact seats, just the row. Ended up in the dead center. Jammed in there for the duration of the show. Knees to the back of the seats in front of us. No room to step past anyone. No air flow. Boiling for an hour and half. Seats don’t recline, you’re upright the whole time. Arm rests are half length, super awkward. Whoever designed that place should be fired or sued. Nice staff. Not even paid, they’re volunteers. Considering the money the place takes in, you’d think they’d pay at least minimum wage. Reasonable prices drinks at the bar for what you’d expect from a fairly “nice” place. One star place, an extra star for the nice staff.

Seats are comfortable and a bit wider than stadium seats, so you can put your jacket next to your leg. It's a beautiful orchestra hall, and still each seat has a cup holder in front of their feet for the drink you may have purchased in the gallery (unexpected!). Some balcony seats had a drink service. The main orchestra hall has such a high ceiling that you would expect it to be twice as long/deep as is, but since it isn't very deep, every seat seems to have a very good view. Acoustics are very good.
