The Majestic Ventura Theater Concerts 2024-2025

Some great shows in a small venue. Getting to/from the location is a bit awkward but it’s right next to downtown and there is a parking structure nearby so arrive early, enjoy dinner downtown, and then catch the show. We saw The Offspring and it was an incredible time.

Place is historic. Noted. With that being said it looks and smells historic. The sound at every show, no matter the genre, is horrendous. Why the speakers are stacked on the floor just piled on top of each other is embarrassing. The bass is always way too high (and I love bass more than most). Tbh the place is just sad now. Place needs some major major changes and has for a long long time now.

Really cool place to catch a show. I love the old feel of the place, I really wish I knew what it looked like back in the day. It was really hot inside and I'm not sure they have air conditioning but the music sounded great. It was a small place, so there was no bad spot to stand. The band came down into the crowd and everything. The bar was ready to get drinks at and not too expensive. I can't wait to come back.

Great venue to see a show. The staff is amazing. I lost my paper ticket while walking to the venue. I asked if anyone had turned in a paper ticket. No, they replied. But if you wait till the show starts we can see if there is an extra ticket. Miracle happens and I got in. I do suggest buying your ticket at the box office with cash. Saves you $8.00 plus an agency fee. Thank you Majestic. 🎫 🎶 🤗

The theatre itself is beautiful, the young man running sound was constantly chasing the vocals because the rest of the band was a little to loud. The feed back was very noticeable especially in the mid range. I have been to many concerts there including doing sound for Black ohuru several years back. I was pretty disappointed in the sound but everything else was very professional. The sound was my only complaint .
