Best place for live music. Great seats no matter where you are seated. Great prices on beverages. The sound is great. Always great acts that come to this venue. Traffic is never bad driving into the venue. Free parking. It’s only an hour from Philadelphia not far from Atlantic City. Great place for the best concert experience.

Yeah, so, turns out this is my favorite place to see bands now. I've seen The Iron Maidens twice (once with Burning Witches opening), Zoso (Led Zep tribute with Beneath the Oaks opening), and The Land of Ozz. All headlining shows were fantastic. The place is easy to get to, there's plenty of parking, and the seats are very comfortable. Tickets are affordable, too. I don't drink alcohol and I haven't eaten there, so I can't comment on that. The most important thing is the sound though - and it's excellent. You'll be able to hear each instrument clearly, and you'll feel the thud with every bass drum hit. The shows I've seen so far were all excellent, except for The Burning Witches. A few songs in, they wanted their monitors turned off. But then it seems something went wrong with the lead guitarist's guitar, because her solos did not sound right. Oh well, I was there for The Iron Maidens anyway. One other thing: the place gets very cold by the end of the shows. Happens in any time of the year. Is it to help usher us out once the shows are over? Edit after a couple of years: unfortunately, the occasional intoxicated, entitled jerk can also damage enjoyment of shows. Personally, I don't like when bands encourage people to stand up (this is a seated theater after all), because people then take that as a license to move to the front of the stage, and block the view of people who bought front-row tickets early.

Absolutely LOVE The Landis Theatre! I stumbled upon this retro theatre a few years ago and have been back over a dozen times since. They always host some really good tribute/cover bands. I’ve seen Metallica Tribute, Pink Floyd Tribute, Genesis Tribute, Battle of the Bands, Lilliac and a bunch more! Not a bad seat in the house since it’s an old movie theater. Sound system is great, parking is great and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I am so grateful this place is only an hour from my house!

So I went to the Nazareth show on Fri night with my mother for an early mother's day present. I would like to say I enjoyed the ol' theatre vibes. I do feel bad for the band. I really do, they put on a helluva show. And if the front man of Nazareth sees this. Dude I don't want you to think I didn't enjoy the show, you put on a really good show and thank you for it. I just don't jump up and clap and such for another person, but thank you for the experience you gave me and my mother.
