Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater at Virginia Beach Concerts 2024

This venue did an excellent job hosting The Breeders and Foo Fighters on 9/1923. Staff was friendly and helpful. Designated walkways were clearly marked and everybody was very helpful making sure ticket holders were able to find their seats properly. There was plenty of trash and recycling receptacles, and lots of room for people to get their merchandise/food/drinks and exit a vendor without running into people standing in line. The sound and light systems were great. I would definitely go back to this venue to see a concert.

Experience was great! The venue looks bigger in pictures than it is, which is great because you are closer to the performers. The place was a bit confusing for a first-timer but there was staff everywhere to direct you to where to go...the staff was excellent!! So friendly! It would have been nice to have more non-alcoholic drink choices. Over-all impression: it was fun and my daughter loved it!

The night we went the venue was packed. The vendors that we visited were all super nice amd when we went to use the restrooms towards the beginning of the event, they were very clean. At our event we could bring water bottles in and there was a water refill station which was great, however the water coming from it was warm only. There were also several water fountains, so there were options for free water as well as water for purchase which was really nice on a hot summer night. It would be nice if there were a few more trash cans around the venue because the ones available were all overflowing by the end of the night.

The beer prices are WAY OVER priced 16.00 for a tall bpy, 5.00 for can of water. Parking is good BUT the staff needs to be in the lots directing traffic making people zipper and getting people in & out Easily. Bathrooms, excellent. Very clean. Was impressed.

Had a great time at 2 concerts recently. Godsmack/Staind & Matchbox 20. We had lawn seats & they were fine until the storm hit during Matchbox. The venue secured the lawn area to protect the concert goers, due to lightning. All in all, both shows were a great experience.
