Songbyrd Music House Concerts 2024-2025

Songbyrd is a really nice, intimate music venue, with capacity for about 200. Show prices are very affordable, and drinks and food are good, and the is lots of street parking in the Union Market area. Tickets said 7 but show was not until 8. When I pointed out that they could have said that o ton the ticket a guy at the door says "Things change have you never had things change before?" I pointed out that they could have put it in an email and he asked if I wanted to leave like key he was going to kick me out. I kept telling him they run the business because he kept blaming the artist. If they had time to change the time on the website they had time to send an email. And 8 rolls around... A show starred. Just not the advertised. I did not pay to see this woman! But I did pay $30 for 2 beers waiting for a show that, at 8:15 p.m., still has not started. The supporting act informational was added AFTER the date tickets went on sale and if you demand people use Dice for tickets you can also collaborate with them for changes and ensuring proper information is being presented. The artist part of it is the tip of the iceberg. You guys run the venue. Just not well. I worked The Kennel Club in SF for years and we never resorted to gaslighting and threats. Lead by example.

It’s an amazingly cozy place for live music. Very intimate and casual, I appreciate that a lot. Very clean and the bar had a good selection of beers.

Not only was this an amazing music venue, but every single member of the staff I encountered was absolutely fabulous. I would return for the staff as much as I would the music. Thanks for a great night Songbyrd! You're a diamond!

Went to see my friends in Death Lens & Elliott Mags and all the bartenders and bouncers were super friendly. Bathrooms were easily accessible & food and drinks weren’t badly priced compared to other venues. Would come again.
