Soundcheck Concerts 2024-2025

Soundcheck, the vibrant sibling of Echostage, offers an intimate EDM haven in DC. Nestled under Insomniac's Glow Club, it's a cozy spot with a mix of tables for those seeking a breather and ample space up front for dance enthusiasts. The pulsating energy in front of the DJ stand is where the magic happens, making it a must-visit for both locals and EDM-loving visitors. DC's nightlife scene just got a whole lot better!

I have been here multiple times and have always had a great experience. The place is clean and the atmosphere is nice! April 3rd, a group of friends and I went to see Subdocta and ordered drinks from the bar. All of the bartenders have always been super kind, until last night. My friend and I paid separately, because we are not together and they didn’t take cash, so we paid card. The bartended copped an attitude and was visibly pissed off when we asked if our tabs could be separate. She said “I guess they can,” snatched the cards out of our hands, rolled her eyes and dramatically slammed our checkbooks down to close out. I’m a server and bartender, so is my friend, and neither of us have never acted like that because of a customer asking to have separate tabs. She was wearing dark eye makeup, and if you’re facing the bar, she was working the far right side, next to a male bartender. Money has never mattered to me, as mostly all venues always have pricey drinks, but if I’m paying $35 for 2 drinks, I’d expect my bartender not to have an attitude over something so small. Especially when my friend and I tipped her 20% on our 2 previous purchases earlier in the night. Overall though, the venue is great and the other bartenders are too!

Hidden gem in DC! Went to see my friends Dubdogz and the sound was perfect! The staff was amazing except for the one guy who pretty much ruined every video I tried to take. Overall it's a good venue and I'd recommend it to anyone. Special thanks and gratitude to the guy who let me bring their birthday presents!! 🎁

Been going for years. Staff is incredible. I encourage you to get to know them. Quick easy security, good prices, amazing lights and sound production, top tier performers. By far my favorite venue in DC i can't believe i haven't left a review yet. Love you soundcheck!

The jerk bartender at the far end of the bar literally snatched my empty water bottle from me ($6+), threw it away, gave me an attitude for asking for water, and forced me to purchase another. I literally did nothing but ask for a refill of water, i dont know what the jerk’s problem was. Forced me to purchase another and gave me an attitude for no reason Spend your money elsewhere where they have respect for people
