This place is different in its decor than traditional Japanese restaurants. But the food was excellent and the service was great. Recommend the Yakimeshi with steak

Their 49ers community is like a second family, and that atmosphere is cultivated by the owner and staff. I will be returning as long as they're open!

Used to love this place when I was younger. But it's really hard to justify the college dive atmosphere (super loud at times, dirty, dusty, old/broken furniture, very few drink options, mostly bottles/cans) with the prices. I had 3 draft beers and a canned ginger beer and the tab was $40.

I had the fries and those came out nice and hot, tasted delicious. Staff is really friendly and the atmosphere is unmatched during the big Niner games. Recommend if you're looking for a Niners bar

This is an amazing place to be at on that Friday night where you wanna have a fun time. I was thrown a surprise birthday party here and the owner was nothing but gracious (pun intended) and easy to work with. She made sure that all of the details, supplies and everything that was needed was in place. The prices are fair (especially being in Adam's Morgan), the food is great, and the service is top notch. I would not hesitate in going here. Book your uber/lyft and head there ASAP! Throw your parties! You won't regret it.
