Love this venue! Very intimate concert venue with a great view no matter where you are. We do general admission. Very Clean. Large and clean bathrooms. Always friendly staff. Plenty of bars to get served on a pretty quick basis. The paid parking is worth it in my opinion.

I won a pair of tickets on Oldies Station 104.5 KAZR to see Gladys Knight in concert. My seats were Floor3-W. The venue was lovely. I had NOT been told, nor did I see online, that I would be charged $15 for parking!! Since I was NOT financially prepared for that, I was holding up the line to get in. The person in the car behind me was gracious enough to pay my parking, which was quite embarrassing!! I don't think I'll patronize the Vibrant Music Hall again.

Vibrant Music Hall is THE best venue in the DSM Metro. Hands down. The more intimate atmosphere, the closeness to the stage on the floor, the upper deck seating... And that's not to mention the acoustics. The sound was utterly amazing! The price is higher than anywhere else, but it's worth the travel time AND the money. The only bad things I can say about the place are this: before the concert, it was COLD AS HELL in that building. Not sure how it was during the concert, because I was on the floor, and the collective body heat was plenty warm. The other thing... Lack of food. They've got drinks covered with 4 bars on the floor, and two upstairs... But they had big pretzels, popcorn, and 6 dollar corn dogs. That's it. It's my understanding the VIP lounge has a more robust food menu, but I genuinely think the general admission should get access to more/better options as well. All in all, great experience, and will DEFINITELY be back!

Wow! Saw Daughtry & Breaking Benjamin last night. One of the most impressive venues to see a show in - and we’ve been to a lot! We paid a little extra for the premiere parking and would 100% recommend. Drove right in, parked in front row. Upon exit we were one of the first cars out of the lot and on our way! Venue feels high end, with multiple bars throughout all lit up - with actual bartenders who knew how to make a drink. Maybe a little pricey but what venue doesn’t overprice a drink at a concert? Venue was super clean, with friendly staff who kept up with it all night. Restrooms were clean and well maintained also. Downstairs housed merch, a few bars and standing-room only. Upstairs (has elevator) was all reserved seating. Front had private sets of tables and couches with cocktail service for a lounge vibe, with the top more traditional seats in rows. Two large bars upstairs were well organized and rarely had a line. Acoustics in the venue were great. Loud (of course, it’s a rock show), but balanced and high quality. Our tickets were Section 205, Row H - which was four rows up in the stadium seats. Great view of the majority of the stage. Much lower than that row, and you do have some obstruction from the railing (we moved toward the end into empty seats for easier exit.) All in all, would 💯 recommend this venue and hope to see more artists there in the future!
Great time. Nice bathroom and plenty of bars. They do sell food. Parking fee may be a surprise for some. The stage is taller than most. If you sit down front, you'll want to stand or you'll get a crick in your neck. Beautiful venue and good sound. The murals in the lobby are unique and professional. They have a roped-off smoking area through a side door. I heard few complaints, and I had none.
