Food was good but expensive. The show was great saw Maurice Bernard from general hospital. I did vip got to meet in person and got photos with him. Seats were perfect.. it’s better to get the glass then you get free refills. Can pay cash or credit card just tell waitress before ordering.

This place isn't what it used to be. I've come for years and tonight I came to see one of my favorites, Sheryl Underwood. While she was fantastic, the service and management was horrible. The food is subpar. It is obvious that it is all "fast food" that is microwaved. I ordered nachos and they were soggy and drenched in black bean juice. The drinks are watered down. I would suggest getting wine but after seeing a couple who sat in the front and waited an hour for chardonnay complain about how small the pour was, wine isn't even safe. Order sparkling water to meet your minimums. What really topped off the evening was the waitress spilling a few drinks all over us and the place not immediately offering some kind of compensation. When asked, they were not very accommodating. Good show, subpar food and service.

Went to see Tim Dillon this weekend. Unfortunately I did not get to enjoy the show because the venue was more concerned with selling me food and drink that I did not want. The waiter spent time telling me all the info about the food and drink, then I had to look at the menu and not focus on the show. Once I order the food came out but not the drink. At least three times the waiter tells me the drink will be right out. Eventually I am notified of last call yet I still have not received my drink. Waiter started giving me attitude when I was paying. I do not recommend this venue at all! I feel I was robbed since I did not get to enjoy the show due to all their nonsense!

We saw Janelle James tonight, she was fantastic! I can't remember the name of the opening act but she was great too! Venue: small, intimate clean. Staff was very nice, servers worked well together and quickly. (One issue see below) Drinks were good, food was good. Our table neighbor said the fried pickles were spongy (eww). We enjoyed our food. Only issue with service was we got no silverware, napkins or plates. We did eventually get napkins and plates but no fork. It's gross to eat buffalo cauliflower with your hands, especially while looking at a comedian. Even Janelle James said she's famous and couldn't get them to put th AC on. It was BRUTALLY hot and extremely humid.

Came for one of my best friend’s birthday. We were so excited and she had 3 large tables needing just 4 more seats close by. The floor manager, Mike, was arrogant, rude and dismissive. His staff all watched as he failed to model good customer service. He even waved a finger at me when I tried to ask a question to dismiss me. Our request was begrudgingly met, meanwhile it allowed for 3 seats to not be left empty at his original table. Wouldn’t come back if the tickets were free.
