The Queen Concerts 2024-2025

We drove from PA for a show on a Monday in early February. I was torn between floor seats or balcony, went with the balcony. This venue is small and intimate. The sound was good. The seat was comfortable however the floor was a bit slopes so our legs dangled a little bit but that wasn’t a big deal - just note if you have short legs you might be swinging them. We were on a bench seat but there was plenty of space. Parking was easy - we arrived around 6:30p for a 7p show and got a parking spot just up the street. It’s metered parking but free after 5p. Staff were friendly. Bathrooms were clean. I didn’t see much of the downstairs but it looked like typical seating. We had dinner up a couple blocks at Chelsea Tavern and that was good too. I definitely would see another show here. The ticket price was good. It’s a small venue with about 300 seats I think, and was well worth the drive.

This venue is spectacular! It's simultaneously spacious & cosy. You can see the stage clearly from just about anywhere! Drinks are reasonably priced & the art is dazzling. We came out from Brooklyn to see Clutch play here & would absolutely come back for another show!

I’ve seen a lot of shows at The Queen. It’s a great little venue in downtown Wilmington. Most shows are standing room only general admission and reasonably priced. There’s a large bar in the back and the drink prices are reasonable. Bathrooms are always clean and the staff is friendly. The sound is really good in this small space which makes it perfect for rock shows. Parking is always a challenge as there isn’t a lot anywhere close so you have to find on street parking and walk but at least the parking is free.

The venue was beautiful, as was the simplicity of costumes and set. The host was entertaining and the drinks were tasty and well thought out. I was disappointed about the modernization of the works themselves. The Raven, especially, should have been verbatim. I was also disappointed Annabelle Lee was left out.

Attended a New Years Eve wedding and I'd say this was the best. Awesome venue, great staff, bartenders we're excellent!
