General Admission Information

All tickets are General Admission and standing only. Must adhere to Ground Rules on Ticket/Global Citizen Website. PLEASE PRINT YOUR PDF TICKETS! Do not count on reliable cell reception to display your digital ticket at the park. No Re-entry. Event is Rain/Shine. No Entry after 9pm allowed.

Ticket Resale Policy

Re-sale of Free/Donated/Promotional tickets is strictly prohibited by Global Citizen and by NYS. Tickets are subject to void if found to be posted for unlawful sale.

Winning Tickets and Lottery Rules

For tickets won via draw, the winning code is not enough to enter; you need to complete the code redemption process on Ticketmaster and have a Festival ticket in your Ticketmaster account. Be cognizant of lottery deadlines and rules.

Event Schedule

Gates open at 2pm. Music starts at 4pm. Gates close at 9pm; no entry allowed after 9pm. Show ends roughly around 10pm. Get there early! Tickets available to PRINT on Sat, Sep 13th at 4pm in your Ticketmaster account.

Advise to print tickets from your Ticketmaster account to avoid issues.

Bag Policy

Small, clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12x12x6 or non-clear clutch/purse/fanny pack no larger than 4.5x6.5 are allowed. No other bags allowed.
