Seating and Admission Policy

First come, first serve seating. For any event listed as 18 or 21 and over, any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are of age will not be admitted to the event and will not be eligible for a refund.

All Ages Events

Any event listed as All Ages means it is suitable for individuals who are 6 years of age or older. All tickets are for standing room only unless otherwise specified. If you need special accommodations, please contact info@cafedunord.com.

Support Acts and Professional Cameras

Support acts are subject to change without refund. Professional cameras are not allowed without prior approval. A professional camera is defined as having a detachable lens or being of professional grade as determined by the venue staff. When in doubt, just email ahead of the show! There might be a possibility to get a Photo Pass depending on the artist's approval.

21 and Over Event

This event is 21 and over. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 21 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund.

Only tickets purchased directly through www.cafedunord.com via Ticketweb are guaranteed entry. Any tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so, they are void. Please see the Ticketweb Purchase Policy for further information.
