Dennis Chambers is a drummer known for a propulsive, versatile style, playing in combos and large groups with fusion and hard bop bandleaders. He has released two sessions as a leader and recorded with Bob Berg, Bill Evans (sax), Victor Bailey, Bob Belden, Kevin Eubanks and Mike Stern.
Bill Evans, born in Clarendon Hills, Illinois, is an American jazz saxophonist and producer. Renowned for his fusion of jazz, funk, and bluegrass, he plays tenor and soprano saxophones. Evans gained prominence with Miles Davis in the 1980s and has collaborated with Herbie Hancock, Mick Jagger, and John McLaughlin. His albums "Soul Insider" and "Soulgrass" received Grammy nominations. He is celebrated for his adventurous musical explorations.
Grammy-winning jazz pianist, composer, and singer/songwriter Kevin Hays earned acclaim from The New York Times, DownBeat, and JazzTimes, plus a Coup de Coeur from France’s Académie Charles Cros. He’s appeared on 60+ albums and collaborated with Brad Mehldau.
