The Rickshaw Theatre is a 600-capacity music club in Vancouver, BC's Downtown Eastside, originally built in 1971 as the Shaw Theatre, a prominent kung-fu movie house by the legendary Shaw Brothers. Reopened in 2009 as a live music venue, it offers exceptional sightlines from its original cinema rake and a quality sound system, hosting a diverse range of touring artists and local acts.
