Based in Williamsburg, VA, Hornsby broke through with 1986 Grammy-winning debut The Way It Is with The Range; the title track was 1987’s most-played U.S. radio song and later inspired Tupac’s “Changes.” A 13-time Grammy nominee, he’s scored films for Spike Lee.
