Garrick Ohlsson, born in Bronxville, NY, is acclaimed for his Chopin interpretations, winning the 1970 Chopin Competition. With a broad repertory, he has toured globally, collaborated with top quartets, and founded the FOG Trio. He's won a Grammy, the Avery Fisher Prize, and the Gloria Artis Gold Medal in Poland.
