The Chris Duarte Group, originating from Austin, Texas, is celebrated for its ferocious Texas blues-rock, infused with jazz and rock and roll. Led by San Antonio-born guitarist Chris Duarte, known for his powerful playing, the group gained renown for albums such as "Texas Sugar/Strat Magik" and "Ain't Giving Up".
