Initially with Virgin Records, the band featured David Lowery, Johnny Hickman, and Davey Faragher, with drummers such as Jim Keltner and Phil Jones. Noteworthy albums include Kerosene Hat and Gentleman's Blues. Collaborations span Counting Crows and soundtracks.
