The Crystal Method is a GRAMMY-nominated electronic big beat act co-founded by Scott Kirkland and Ken Jordan in 1993. Their platinum debut Vegas (1997) launched hits like Tweekend and Legion of Boom; Jordan retired in 2017, and Kirkland continues solo.

DJ Icey

Orlando, FL DJ/producer DJ Icey helped jump-start the city’s ’90s dance scene with breakbeat funk. Resident at The Edge, he invited the Chemical Brothers’ first U.S. appearance. His Zone Records single Galaxy Breaks was signed by Pete Tong to ffrr; released The Funky Breaks (1997) and Generate.
