Circle Jerks formed in LA’s South Bay in 1979, led by ex-Black Flag vocalist Keith Morris with guitarist Greg Hetson. Known for relentless, ferocious punk, they released six studio albums, including landmark debut Group Sex, and appeared in Decline of Western Civilization and Repo Man.

Known for anthems like "Amoeba" and "Kids of the Black Hole," their self-titled "blue album" was a best-seller. Recent albums include Caesar Salad Days (2023) and Russian Spider Dump (2020).
