Philadelphia's They Are Gutting a Body of Water (TAGABOW) began as Douglas Dulgarian's solo project, evolving into an acclaimed shoegaze band. Blending shoegaze with electronic and experimental rock, they are known for their intense live performances and albums like Destiny XL and the highly praised LOTTO. Dulgarian also runs the influential Julia's War Recordings label.

DIIV

34 concerts

DIIV craft haunted, hopeful shoegaze: breakbeat/post‑industrial rhythms with gauzy guitars and vocals; helped spark a scene, endured near breakup, rose above it.
