Package purchasers will be contacted 3-5 days prior to the event date with the event schedule, check-in location, time, and instructions on where to pick up package inclusions. Such information will be sent by SUPER to the email address or telephone number provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received this 3 days before the show, please contact us at https://bit.ly/supervipcs. All merchandise must be collected onsite on the day of the show and will not be mailed if you do not check in. You must bring a valid photo ID matching the purchaser's name on this order to the event. Guests who cannot present a photo ID matching the purchaser's name on the order will be turned away. By purchasing a package, you consent to have your photograph taken at the event. These images may appear in a collective album that will be visible to other event attendees. Certain images may be shared by SUPER, the photographer, and/or the artist for promotional purposes. Events, dates, venue location, inclusions, merchandise, package programs, and amenities may vary market-by-market and are subject to change and cancellation at any time. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold or transferred. Partial attendance at a single-day event or multiple-day event is not eligible for a refund. Venue Information & Rules

Open to all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

The Majestic Ventura Theater houses all musical genres, and thus some shows require stricter regulations, depending on the Artist, and what the staff deems to be appropriate for certain events. Included are standard rules, which are amended on a per-show basis. If you have any questions regarding a specific event, please call us directly at (805) 653-0721.

Standard Venue Rules:

• No Moshing
• No Gang or Racist Attire or Communication (Enforced at all shows, no exceptions)
• No Re-Entry, No Refunds
• Smoking in designated areas only. Your Medical Marijuana card does not work here, so that kind of smoking is not allowed.
• Shoes and Shirts must be worn at all times (Shoes, Shirts, Pants/Shorts must be worn at all times)
• ID required to drink. State-issued IDs and Passports are the only acceptable forms of ID (no temporary, school, expired, foreign, or work IDs)
• No Stage-diving, No Crowd-Surfing
• No Professional Cameras or Recording Devices (unless otherwise posted)
• No Spiked jewelry or sharp objects
• No Knives, Wallet Chains, Pens, or Markers
• No Pipes or Any Illegal Drugs
• No outside food or Drink
• No Fighting, or Lawbreaking

Enforced at Some Shows:

• No Beanies, Bandanas, or Hats
• No Sports Attire of any kind
