Emo Night Brooklyn, founded by Ethan Maccoby and Alex Badanes, celebrates emo/pop punk with epic DJ sets and live performances. Born in Williamsburg, it became a NYC staple at venues like Brooklyn Bowl. Icons like Ryan Key and Derek Sanders have performed. Now in 40+ US cities, plus London and Berlin. Chicago's Enuff Z'nuff, a pop-metal band, rose in the late '80s glam scene. Known for hits "Fly High Michelle" and "New Thing," they blend power pop with rock. Despite lineup changes and personal hardships, they've endured with albums like Paraphernalia and Brainwashed Generation. Collaborators include members from Cheap Trick and Mike Portnoy. Chip Znuff stepped up as lead vocalist in 2018 for Diamond Boy. They're celebrated for colorful style and power pop influence reminiscent of Cheap Trick, Elvis Costello, and Badfinger.
